- VPS and Dedicated Servers: Refunds for VPS and dedicated servers are available if the request is made within the first 30 days of the initial purchase.
- Domain Registrations: Domain registration fees are non-refundable as they are paid directly to the domain registrar.
- Renewals: Renewal fees for hosting plans, domains, and additional services are non-refundable.
